夢のミュージカル俳優を目指してオーディションのため上京した吉井スズカ（谷口愛季）。しかし上手くいかず、半ば諦めかけ帰郷しようとするが、地元行きの便が欠航し、宿も満室。途方に暮れる中見つけた『路地裏ホテル』に宿泊する。支配人（仲村トオル）に案内された部屋に入ると、そこは見覚えのないライブハウス。売れないおっさんバンド”オポッサム”とノア（村井優）に出会う。
